The fed-up judge in the Britney Spears custody battle is turning the screws on the scandalized singer for defying his demand that she clean up her act.
She's already lost full custody of her little boys to her ex-hubby, and now the judge is even threatening to take away visitation rights if her erratic behavior continues.
"The court expressly indicates that a missed test, refusal to submit to a test or failure to respond to the testing agency's call ... shall be deemed ... a failed test," Judge Scott Gordon wrote in documents released yesterday.
The ruling gives the child services monitor who is to supervise Spears' visits with Jayden James, 1, and Sean Preston, 2, the power to pull the plug "immediately" if she does anything crazy.
It also puts hard numbers on the amount of therapy Spears must complete by her next court date, Oct. 26 - or else.
Spears must finish "at least three individual counseling sessions" and "at least three joint counseling sessions" with ex-hubby Kevin Federline by the next court date, the judge ordered.
Spears, 25, lost custody of her kids earlier this week and was granted only monitored visitation at a tense, three-hour hearing Wednesday that she declined to attend.
K-Fed was in the courtroom arguing his case to keep full custody, and the courtesy of his presence made an impact.
Even though Spears' lawyer Sorrell Trope "offered evidence of compliance with a number of the specific orders made by the court," the order reads, "The court finds that based on the evidence ... [Spears] was not in substantial compliance with the material provisions."
The order doesn't reveal Spears' visitation schedule, but Los Angeles Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini described the agreement as "roughly every other day."
Experts say the visits could be anywhere, including Spears' Malibu home.
"Sometimes, judges will restrict the location. But normally it can be wherever, even at the mother's house," said L.A. divorce lawyer Marshall Waller.
He said Gordon's decision not to return custody is warranted considering Spears' "idiotic" behavior.
"Scott Gordon is a normal guy. This judge is bending over backwards for her as it is. He has to get her attention, and he doesn't seem to have it yet," Waller said.
Gordon found last month that Spears has a "habitual, frequent and continuous" problem with drugs and alcohol.
Britney's bad news comes as she takes another step in her comeback attempt. The video for her single "Gimme More" premieres Monday on MTV. Photos of the video shoot show her clad in gothic stripper garb.
