Eva Longoria Parker has denied reports that she's set to quit her role on television's 'Desperate Housewives' to chase a career on the big screen.
Longoria Parker shot to fame playing the wealthy Gabriel Solis in the hit tv show and has successfully made the transition into movies starring in 'The Sentinel' alongside Kiefer Sutherland.
The 33-year-old denies she's leaving the show telling Britain's Heat magazine that, "I would be insane to do that. I’m of the opinion that the show will still be running for another five years, at least."
She adds, "Marc Cherry (the creator of 'Desperate Housewives') has all these incredible ideas and plot twists planned for the coming years, and I’m convinced the show will be a success as long as he’s involved."[via]
