It may be for Samantha Ronson, who shelled out nearly $22,000 for a Cartier diamond ring for presumed girlfriend Lindsay Lohan on Monday.
The two were out in Los Angeles window shopping, when Ronson, 30, bought the ring as a birthday gift for Lohan.
“Sam took Lindsay shopping to celebrate her 22nd birthday,” a source told UK’s The Mirror newspaper. “Although Lindsay is the major breadwinner, Sam has her own money and is very proud.”
But the wedding invitations aren’t going out yet.
“It’s not an engagement ring - simply a token of her commitment,” the source said.
Lohan and her gal pal have been inseparable since the two were caught kissing on Diddy’s yacht in Cannes in May. The actress has yet to clarify the nature of their relationship. via
