Kate Hudson gets nervous before filming a love scene -- because there are so many awkward moments.
The You, Me and Dupree star says she likes to rehearse sex scenes so she knows what she is doing and has something to concentrate on before filming starts.
She explains, "I like to prepare for love scenes with lots of rehearsal. But in reality you just get on with it. You have that moment of 'OK here we go' then you just have to take a deep breath and get on with it."
Kate, 29, also makes sure she has fresh breath before filming intimate scenes.
She added, "I make sure I've had my fresh breath mints.
"At the time of filming My Best Friend's Girl I was smoking, so that must have been nice for Dane Cook. But I've quit now." via
