Bruce Willis and his Willis Bros. production company are being sued in Los Angeles for $4 million over a breach of contract. The lawsuit was filed last Friday over a contract between three companies over Three Stories About Joan, which Willis was supposed to star in as well as make his directorial debut with. The lawsuit claims that Willis quit as the film's director on September 29 of last year without so much as a notice to the other filmmakers, which was in direct violation of his agreement.
Willis' publicist has not commented on the suit. However, Henry Gradstein, the attorney for the companies that are suing Willis, says the courts will resolve this matter. The plaintiffs are Foresight Unlimited, Signature Entertainment Group, and Three Stories Productions. via
