Taylor Swift Explains Why She Won't Talk About Sex
Taylor Swift has had the longest charting number one album of 2009, but she's probably still best known for getting dumped by a Jonas Brother.
And partly because of her very public defense of her then-boyfriend Joe Jonas' very public virginity claims, the 19-year-old's sexuality has become grist for the gossip mill.
Which the six-foot-tall Swift most assuredly does not appreciate.
“It’s fine to talk about love publicly. But I think when you talk about virginity and sex publicly, people just automatically picture you naked," Swift tells Allure in its April issue, on sale March 24. "And as much as I can prevent people picturing me naked, I’m going to.”
She does not want to prevent people from talking about her music, however, and so lets Allure in on how she first started stumming her guitar.
“I learned three chords when I was 12 from a guy who came over to fix our computer," she shares.
And as for conquering Nashville before she can legally drink?
