Jon Hamm was on the set of Ben Affleck’s new movie set when a metal shard was shot into his neck.
The Mad Men actor showed off his injury during his appearance on The Late Show with David Letterman on U.S. TV on Friday.
Hamm said he was filming a movie called The Town in Boston, Massachusetts when he was hurt.
He said, “I actually got shot in the neck… Things sort of blow up when you shoot the fake stuff – a squib blew a piece of bondo (filler) off a car and into my neck. It kinda looks like a zit but it’s a way better story.”
