TLC has announced that the network has settled its lawsuit with Jon and Kate Plus 8 father Jon Gosselin.
According to People, the terms of the settlement were kept confidential and the entire Gosselin family remain under contract with TLC.
"TLC has reached a settlement with Jon Gosselin and will be undertaking procedural steps to conclude the litigation," the channel said in a statement.
An insider close to the deal added that the station "hopes that they will soon be able to film the family again", but ruled out a return of the hit show that made the family household names.
The row included a lawsuit filed by TLC against Gosselin for alleged breach of contract. Gosselin then filed a counterclaim, saying that TLC had damaged his career by preventing him from working with other media outlets.
Gosselin had also forbidden the channel from filming his eight children with their mother Kate.
