Kelly Osbourne turned heads when she walked the runway at New York’s Fashion Week. She’s so thin! We all saw her slim down on Dancing with the Stars, but she’s definitely lost weight since the finale. How has she kept off the weight since she stopped the rumbas and salsas?
In a new interview with People Magazine, the 25 year-old talks about her secrets – and her new-found happiness. ”I am much more confident with myself and I really do love my body now,” she said. “I was never happy with my body before.”
Kelly used to weigh in around 160 lbs, but now she’s a mere 118. “I weighed myself the other day and I was like, ‘I can’t believe this!’ ” she said. “Even I was shocked.”
Her new regimen includes Pilates, bar method and ballet. ”It sounds weird but it’s fun,” she said. “I get bored easily so this works. It’s incredible to start to getting muscles in places on my body that I never knew I could get.”
Her low-glycemic diet banishes potatoes and sugar, going for fruits and vegetables instead. “I can do the real no sugar because I don’t have really a big sweet tooth, but the carbs thing is killing me!” she said. She’s also been eating a lot of turkey burgers.
