The mag reported that the "Ghost Whisperer" co-stars have ended their relationship after a year together.
The two were seemingly inseparable during their romance, with the pair spotted together from red carpet premieres such as "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" and Michael Jackson's "This Is It" to Kennedy's Las Vegas comedy gigs to even 2009 Oscar parties.
