A judge has issued a warrant for Lindsay Lohan's arrest after the actress failed to show at a mandatory progress review hearing Thursday.
Lohan's attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, said the troubled star is stuck in France after having her passport stolen while attended the ongoing Cannes Film Festival. The explanation was not well received by Judge Marsha Revel, who said that wasn't a "valid excuse."
