Heidi Montag has reportedly told friends that she is afraid that she could be pregnant.
The Hills star recently split from husband Spencer Pratt but the two were sleeping together until that point, reports Star Magazine.
"She and Spencer had an active sex life right up until the day she walked out the door, and she was terrified that she could be pregnant," a source said.
