Adrian Pasdar did not make an appearance in court on Wednesday, but his attorney entered a not guilty plea to a misdemeanor drunken driving charge.
A pretrial hearing is scheduled on March 15.
he 44-year-old Pasdar was arrested Jan. 27 after authorities say he was spotted swerving and speeding on a Los Angeles freeway.
The actor is well-known for his role as Nathan Petrelli on the NBC show, "Heroes". He's married to Dixie Chicks singer Natalie Maines.
